Worst Pressure-Cooker Cook Book Ever, (What's this?) No recipes are "inspired" like you will find throughout "Miss Vickie's" and to a slightly less degree in Lorna Sass books.
Buy it only if you want lots of good info on canning, plus recipes for baby octopus and cut-up squid.
Now I have to figure out how to return the book to Amazon.
NOTE: This bad review does not include Fagor pressure cookers, which I've found to be great. I recommend Amazon's FAGOR-combo whch share the same lid. Using a basket, the larger one nicely steams 5# potatoes for garlic smashed potatoes. Smaller one holds 6 pork chops, etc.
basic beginners book, (What's this?) Good beginners book. The recipes could use relevent pictures, as most pictures don't match the accompaning recipes.

Recipes are conveniently categorized in sections by food type..Each Section is beautifully illustrated with color photography..Printed in China.Contains over 240 pages; and more than 180 recipes with a special introduction to pressure cooking by Fagor America..
